Havent had to use the hand warmers yet. It hasn't gotten cold enough yet. I'll talk about that later.
Blue lights are great. Oils are great. I did a face mask with deep blue on my shoulders and back with balance and serenity on my feet! I was in heaven!
Im having a hard time trying to think about what I would buy because all the things you can buy here you can buy in the states. Which brings up an interesting point. Everything in Finland is trying to be like America and everyone in America is trying to be like Europe. What it will take is coming back to Finland with Mom and Dad because most of the things that are crazy cool are food or castles! Neither of which I can take home! haha. I will work something out!
This week was pretty good.
No crazy stories to tell other than how I just got done eating reindeer heart.
Change calls were on Friday night and we had splits with the Zone Leaders. We got home and we just sat there we were so nervous to get the call. We were sleeping over at the ZL´s apartment and it was soo stressful. We waited until 10:30 and the call didnt come. So, we went to bed. Then we woke up and tried to do studies and it wasnt as succsesful because we were waiting for the call. Well, at 11:30 it finally came. One of the Zone Leaders becamse AP and Elder Kiuttu is coming to be the new ZL in Tampere. Elder Kiuttu was in my MTC group and I have only seen hime once since we got here! Im very excited for him to come! Then President gave us our call!!! I... will... be........................................................... Staying! Elder Chapman and I will be going for Round Two!!!! We will be here until at least February!
All our Christmas reservations have been made! That basically takes care of an entire week of planning!
Oh and also, Jag talar Svenska! Jag talar Finska, Englanska ok Svenska! I learned Swedish this week! Its almost useless here in Tampere but hey its fun right!
All the snow here melted and I am a little sad because I was prepared for a ridiculous winter and its not even cold outside. Everything is kinda wet and not a ton of fun to walk around.
We played basketball with a bunch of Elders and I was 75% from the 3 point line! I shot 4 threes and made 3! I was stoked!
My life is not as cool as yours! Oh it came to mind, a lady fell off her bike and so we helped her back up and she looked at me and said I was handsome! haha I was speechless!
Also while we were in the train station in Helsinki a drunk lady came up to us and asked us if we smoked. Naturally we replied with a no. She said its okay and then gave me a bear hug! I had no idea what to do!
Well, thats all we got this week.
